The curved shaping reduces the width of material behind your horse's elbows to help prevent pinching their skin, and the elastic middle stretches with your horse as they work.

Do I need a long or a short girth?

Short girths are designed for saddles with long girth points, such as the Wintec Dressage, Stock or Endurance range. If your saddle has short girth points, such as a Jump or most All Purpose saddles, the long girth will likely suit you better.
