Orders, delivery and returns

Wondering when your new gear will arrive, or how returns work? Our shipping, returns and warranty pages have all the details, and our terms of sale cover the rest.

If something's not quite right with your order or product, please let us know through the form below or by email. We'll work with you to put it right. Please don't send anything back to us before you've heard from us, as our returns go to a separate address.

Want a hand in person?

Your local Wintec Saddles retailer or saddle fitter knows your area inside out. They can check your saddle over and help with pricing, stock, fitting and repairs close to home.

Can't find what you're after? Send us a message using the form below. We usually reply within a couple of business days, and always within five. If it's about your saddle, pop in your serial number typed out in full and a couple of photos of both sides. That way we can get straight into it.
