Wintec Webbers

Wintec Webbers are a revolutionary synthetic stirrup strap made without buckles to reduce the lump under your thigh and provide closer contact to your horse.

They feature a webbing core for increased strength, plus hard-wearing materials for durability.

What size Webbers do I need?

Webbers are measured by overall length, with the adjustment range given from the shortest hole to the longest.

  • Kids Webber, 18 in, adjusts 11.5 in to 15 in. Equivalent to a 44 in stirrup strap, and will fit shorter if needed.
  • Size 0, 24 in, adjusts 15 in to 21 in. Equivalent to a 48 in stirrup strap.
  • Size 1, 28 in, adjusts 19 in to 25 in. Equivalent to a 56 in stirrup strap, and will fit 1 in shorter.
  • Size 2, 32 in, adjusts 23 in to 29.5 in. Equivalent to a 64 in stirrup strap, and will fit longer.

If you are not sure, your saddle fitter or stockist can help you choose.

How do I fit them?

Take the sleeve off, then thread the looped end of your Wintec Webbers through the eye of your stirrup iron and replace the sleeve. Slide the loop over your stirrup bar, making sure your Webbers buckle below your saddle flap to avoid wear.

To secure the stirrup iron, fold the T-shaped buckle end up behind the iron and insert it into the I-shaped hole at your preferred length. Turn the buckle until the Webber sits flat and the buckle is secure, then pull the sleeve down firmly so the buckle is covered and your tack is protected.

To run them up, remove the T-shaped buckle from the riding slot and insert it in the hole at the very top of the Webber, up near your stirrup bar. You may need to lift the skirt of your saddle to see it. Run the stirrup iron up the front of the Webber, then tuck the folded Webber through the iron and pull down to secure.
